David Reiner was arrested upon landing at Pearson Airport in Toronto. It is believed he was living in Kenya. Police originally issued the arrest warrant back in Feb. 2007 but Reiner fled. He is accused of stealing $800,000 from several daycare centers in the Greater Toronto area. He is scheduled to appear in court next week.
